GREETINGS! My name is Antony Kovalyk,
I’m an architect and the founder of the architectural studio Arhistation.

Let me tell you a bit about myself since this information might be important for you. I am a Master of Architecture, graduated with honors from the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture (KNUCA). Put simply, a qualified professional. No short design course can give knowledge as substantial as can be obtained at the university, particularly with regard to design of residential buildings.
Honors: the second place in the nomination for facade of the year from Baumit.

We are worldwide company and we are working all over the world.
Our team include more than 20 highly skilled specialists, so we are ready to do any project in vert short terms.

Our company originated in 2012 and formed with experienced designers and architects. We produce variety of designs from private interiors to residential community objects. Working in bond with contractors and engineers allows us to produce complex solutions in design area.

▪️We are so confident in our professionalism that we are ready to start working
with no prepayments. We will offer you options for replanning an apartment
‘or a house, with furniture arrangement, with no payments or fees. Before the
project we will offer you to fill out a brief with your requests and expectations.
Then you receive a price quote, and we start the project and deliver the
results. You see and assess the quality and our approach and then make a
decision whether to proceed further — that’s right, with no extra charges.
It’s that simple — we are ready to give you an opportunity to make sure of our
competency.

STAGE-BY-STAGE PAYMENT.

▪️No need to make big payments – money is not our top priority. Have you
had a bad experience of making a 50% prepayment and not being able to
get your money back after poor project execution? Perhaps, dishonest
contractors even disappeared? We offer you an altogether different
approach: first get the work done, and pay later. We divide the project into 4-
6 stages, and you pay for a certain stage when it’s completed. Such system
minimizes your risks, since such payments are relatively small plus, you first
see the results, and then pay. No 50% prepayments and no waiting for a
month or two “for the sun to shine” or for when inspiration hits the architect.

I emphasize that we not only “draw pictures”; we are architects, and first and foremost we think how to implement certain design and architectural ideas and look for ways to turn them into reality. We don’t draw cloud castles; it’s a key point. Nevertheless, I think the main mission of an architect is to bring beauty into the world, yet make it practical.
