GREETINGS! My name is Antony Kovalyk,
\nI\u2019m an architect and the founder of the architectural studio Arhistation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Let me tell you a bit about myself since this information might be important for you. I am a Master of Architecture, graduated with honors from the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture (KNUCA). Put simply, a qualified professional. No short design course can give knowledge as substantial as can be obtained at the university, particularly with regard to design of residential buildings.
\nHonors: the second place in the nomination for facade of the year from Baumit.<\/p>\n

We are worldwide company and we are working all over the world.
\nOur team include more than 20 highly skilled specialists, so we are ready to do any project in vert short terms.<\/p>\n

Our company originated in 2012 and formed with experienced designers and architects. We produce variety of designs from private interiors to residential community objects. Working in bond with contractors and engineers allows us to produce complex solutions in design area.<\/p>\n

\nwith no prepayments. We will offer you options for replanning an apartment
\n\u2018or a house, with furniture arrangement, with no payments or fees. Before the
\nproject we will offer you to fill out a brief with your requests and expectations.
\nThen you receive a price quote, and we start the project and deliver the
\nresults. You see and assess the quality and our approach and then make a
\ndecision whether to proceed further \u2014 that’s right, with no extra charges.
\nIt\u2019s that simple \u2014 we are ready to give you an opportunity to make sure of our
\ncompetency.<\/p>\n

STAGE-BY-STAGE PAYMENT.<\/p>\n

\u25aa\ufe0fNo need to make big payments – money is not our top priority. Have you
\nhad a bad experience of making a 50% prepayment and not being able to
\nget your money back after poor project execution? Perhaps, dishonest
\ncontractors even disappeared? We offer you an altogether different
\napproach: first get the work done, and pay later. We divide the project into 4-
\n6 stages, and you pay for a certain stage when it’s completed. Such system
\nminimizes your risks, since such payments are relatively small plus, you first
\nsee the results, and then pay. No 50% prepayments and no waiting for a
\nmonth or two \u201cfor the sun to shine\u201d or for when inspiration hits the architect.<\/p>\n

I emphasize that we not only \u201cdraw pictures\u201d; we are architects, and first and foremost we think how to implement certain design and architectural ideas and look for ways to turn them into reality.
